on top of getting back on track in my diet, I just cleaned my house with my roommates and I’ve got some laundry in the washer :) it’s a great feeling to be organized!
Time to get back on track! Tired of feeling so super gross lately. Steppin it back up y’all
Breakfast : Banana, Mango, Strawberries, cherry greek yogurt, chia seeds, and splash of orange juice
Lunch : Apple, Orange, Pineapple, Spinach and coconut water
Dinner : Banana, 3 dates, almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, topped with cacao nibs.
These were all SO tasty today. Love the combination of flavors! More tea and water before bed. Last day is tomorrow. I am feeling so empowered
Breakfast smoothie : Banana, strawberry, spinach, peach greek yogurt, flax seeds, coconut water
Lunch smoothie : Blueberries, blackberries, spinach, pineapple, RAW vegan/organic protein powder, coconut water
Dinner smoothie : Apple, banana, dates, wheat germ, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla
Been drinking a lot of water between “meals.” Felt groggy earlier but after having my dinner smoothie (which is definitely my favorite of the day) I feel full and rejuvenated!
