This was a few weeks ago, but I’ve been making these regularly ever since!

Banana Egg Pancakes:

2 eggs
1 mashed banana
Sprinkle some cinnamon

Put in the frying pan that’s been coated with some oil, cook for about 30 seconds on each side (or until the center begins to bubble a bit). Half the recipe for a single serving.

I paired it with some blackberries and agave.
